The Office of Faculty Affairs is pleased to announce they will be offering multiple scholarships (including registration, airfare and lodging) for the AAMC Mid-Career Minority Faculty Seminar. If you are an associate professor interested in attending the seminar and would like to be considered for the registration award, please email your application packet as a single, PDF file to ms-ofa@umn.edu by 12:00 pm on Monday, April 3, 2017.

The application packet requirements include the following:

1. Applicant must be an associate professor at an AAMC member institution
2. Upload a letter of support from the attendee's department chair, division chief or dean
3. Complete a pre-seminar survey
4. Upload a completed application
5. Upload a recent CV (no more than five (5) pages
6. Upload a bio (roughly 250 words)
