  • Supervisors' Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EOAA) Toolkit
    Supervisors will learn how to identify, prevent, and respond to potential discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and nepotism. Supervisors will practice identifying inappropriate behaviors in hypothetical scenarios and will also learn effective strategies for responding to complaints from supervisees.
  • Identifying and Challenging Implicit Bias in Staff Searches
    Participants will learn best practices and resources for addressing implicit bias in the context of staff search committees and hires made by individual supervisors. Faculty and staff participants of departmental search processes are invited to participate in this workshop.
