MnDRIVE marks the MN Legislature’s landmark $36M investment joining researchers from across the U's colleges and campuses with key and emerging state industries.
Discoveries and treatments for brain conditions will address complex and debilitating brain-related disorders by leveraging university and state investments in medicine and engineering and extending our vibrant partnerships with medical device industries in Minnesota.
This core MnDRIVE area will strengthen the university's brain and neuromodulation research infrastructure and capacity and pioneer new technology and applications that decrease the incidence of neurological disease and transform how we prevent, treat and cure diseases. Learn more.
Clinical Neurosciences at the State Fair
Representatives from the departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Psychiatry work together annually to plan a large booth in the Health Zone of the U of M Building at the Minnesota State Fair to represent the Clinical Neurosciences. On the day of the fair, we have over 75 volunteers to cover 12 hours.
Come visit us this year! We have brain information and activities for the whole family.
